Background technology of cosmetic aluminum plastic bottle cap

Due to its high strength/weight ratio, easy processing and excellent chemical and physical properties, aluminum and its alloy materials have become the second largest metal material in the world after steel. The aluminum alloy material for cosmetic bottle caps can achieve a mirror effect after stamping and stretching, mechanical grinding, electrolytic polishing and anodizing coloring, and has the advantages of rich color, strong metallic feeling and anti-fouling, etc., and is gradually accepted by the market.
The general process flow of the traditional processing of aluminum and aluminum alloy cosmetic covers is: stamping forming - ear trimming - mechanical polishing - electrolytic polishing - anodizing - oxidation coloring - sealing - drying. Existing products are generally mechanically polished with a thickness of 20-30μm, and a large amount of metal dust will be generated during polishing, which will cause great damage to the body and environment of production operators; if slight mechanical polishing or no mechanical polishing is used, The brightness after electropolishing does not meet the requirements and cannot be used for high-brightness cosmetic bottle caps. The chemical composition of the aluminum substrate, the melt quality, and the rolling process will affect the polishing and anodizing effects of the product. For example, due to the use of 1060, 1070, and 1080 grades in the prior art, firstly, due to the low strength of the aluminum base material, the outer surface of cosmetic bottle caps is easily damaged during the stamping process; secondly, some high-end cosmetic bottle caps are gradually becoming more and more popular from the perspective of environmental protection. The strength of 1060, 1070 and 1080 grades under the existing thickness conditions cannot meet the requirements; thirdly, some products of the 1060, 1070 and 1080 grades in the prior art are prone to surface damage after electrolytic polishing and anodization. White lines appear, which cannot meet the requirements of cosmetic bottle caps.
